We love helpers.  If you know of some teenagers would stand on a street corner to help direct runners, hand out water to runners, etc.. we would love to have you contact Debra.  Contact web page is good for that too.  We also always need vendors and sponsors who can donate their services, gifts, etc.. as prizes for our runners.  We try to award ribbons but also like giving away door prizes so everyone might leave with something.

We suggest you prepare for our 5K all year long.  We love to hear folks are getting out walking a mile or two, jogging, riding bikes as a regular part of their lifestyle.  If you are active all year long, then when this 5K comes along, you will already be prepared.  If you are used to walking or jogging 2-3 miles, you will do fine.

We love our sponsors.  We can always use small businesses (and individuals) to provide services, donate to help pay for the printing of banners, signs, the website…all sorts of jobs are involved putting on an event like this and we can always use more help!!  Come join our team!!
